3. Booking
A booking is considered confirmed when we have issued a written booking confirmation or otherwise expressly confirmed acceptance of the reservation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer.
4. Prices
Prices are quoted in the currency indicated in the quotation or booking confirmation.
Unless stated otherwise, the confirmed price applies to the transportation service described in the booking.
Additional costs may apply where the customer requests or causes changes including:

Additional waiting time

Special parking or access charges

Additional services requested during the journey
Any additional charges will be communicated whenever reasonably possible.
5. Payment

Payment requirements and deadlines will be stated in the booking confirmation.
We reserve the right to require full or partial payment in advance.
A booking may be cancelled if the required payment is not received by the stated deadline.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation conditions are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and any specific cancellation terms stated in your booking confirmation.
Where special cancellation terms are agreed for a particular booking, those specific terms will take precedence.
7. Changes to a Booking
Requests to change a confirmed reservation are subject to availability.

A requested change is not confirmed until we accept it in writing.
8. Pickup and Waiting Time
Passengers must be ready at the confirmed pickup point at the agreed time.
For airport pickups, reasonable waiting arrangements may be provided depending on the booking.
For other pickups, additional waiting time may be charged according to the rate stated in the quotation or booking confirmation.
If a passenger cannot be located, we will make reasonable efforts to contact them using the contact information provided.
Failure to appear may be treated as a no-show.
9. Flight Delays
Where flight details have been provided, we may monitor the scheduled or actual arrival time where practical.
However, customers should inform us as soon as possible of significant schedule changes, cancellations, rebookings or missed connections.
Substantial delays may require vehicle or driver reassignment and are therefore subject to availability.
10. No-Shows
A booking may be treated as a no-show where:

The passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup point;

The passenger cannot be contacted within a reasonable period;
-
Incorrect pickup information was supplied; or
-
The passenger leaves the pickup location without contacting us.
A no-show may result in the booking being charged in full.
11. Luggage
Customers must inform us in advance about unusually large or excessive luggage, including:

Skis

Snowboards
-
Bicycles
-
Wheelchairs
-
Large sports equipment
-
Oversized suitcases
-
Other bulky items
We may refuse items that cannot be transported safely or legally in the booked vehicle.
12. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave in a manner that does not endanger the driver, vehicle, other passengers or road users.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue transportation where a passenger:

Behaves violently or abusively;
-
Threatens the driver or others;
-
Causes serious disruption;
-
Attempts to carry prohibited or dangerous items;
-
Seriously damages the vehicle; or
-
Creates an unsafe situation.
No refund is required for the unused portion of a journey where service is terminated because of serious passenger misconduct, subject to applicable mandatory law.
13. Vehicle Damage and Cleaning
The customer may be responsible for reasonable costs resulting from damage or exceptional cleaning caused by the passenger or members of their group.
This may include damage to:

Interior fittings
-
Doors
-
Windows
-
Entertainment systems
-
Luggage areas
-
Other vehicle equipment
14. Vehicle Availability
We aim to provide the vehicle category stated in the booking.
Where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this impossible, we may provide a suitable replacement vehicle of comparable capacity and standard.
Specific vehicle models cannot be guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
15. Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Travel times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Traffic

Road closures
-
Accidents
-
Weather
-
Border controls
-
Police activity
-
Demonstrations

Natural events
-
Mechanical emergencies

Government restrictions
We will make reasonable efforts to complete the service as booked but cannot guarantee exact journey times where circumstances are outside our control.
16. Customer Responsibility for Connections
Customers are responsible for allowing sufficient travel time for:

Flights

Trains
-
Cruises
-
Meetings
-
Events
-
Hotel check-ins
-
Other onward connections
We may recommend a pickup time, but responsibility for the final requested pickup time remains with the customer unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on our website is accurate.
However, photographs, vehicle images, journey times, distances, prices and descriptions may be illustrative or subject to change.
A website quotation or indication does not constitute a confirmed booking unless expressly confirmed by us.
18. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, branding, graphics, photographs, logos and layout, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission.
19. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, availability or contractual terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to customers residing in another jurisdiction.

The version published on our website at the time of booking will generally apply to the booking unless otherwise agreed.
